Interaction Design is a unique program centered on creating delight through good design. The learner starts with an observed need or an idea which is transformed through form, structure, color, material, texture, environment, and detailing to a digital and physical prototype. Program Coordinator
Sanjay Kumar Sonwani holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communication from Channabasaveshwara Institute of Technology, Gubbi, and a Master of Design (M.Des) in Information Design from the National Institute of Design, Bengaluru. Prior to joining Avantika he has worked with Wise Otherwise Ventures OPC Pvt. Ltd. and Forbes Marshall Pvt. Ltd., Pune. He possesses a wide range of expertise in the area of Information Design and UX Design, such as Information Visualization, Instructional Illustration, Data Visualization, UX Research, UI Design, Information Architecture, Interaction Design and Usability. He believes in creating simple, delightful and impactful design and supports User centered design for exploring ideas & solutions and telling stories through information visualization.
Eligibility
- Graduate of any stream (10+2+3 Minimum)
- 50% aggregate in all subjects
- Proficiency in English
- Valid score of MIT Pune Design Entrance Test (DET)
- Valid score of Design Scholarship Test (DST)
- DET is jointly conducted by MIT Institute of Design, Ujjain and MIT Institute of Design (MIT-ID), Pune

The Hostel facility is available on first-come-first-served basis. Hostel and Mess facility is available on the campus at an additional cost. The hostel facility shall be Twin Non-AC accommodation. The mess facility shall include Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks and Dinner.
Loan
Students Loan facility will be available to the students securing admission to the university. Disbursement of the loan is as per the banks' terms and conditions.
