Kapil Sharma is an established designer and Gold Medalist in MDes Industrial Design from MITID Indore , Avantika University and educator with interest in Life Style Product Design, Sustainable Materials, and Graphic Design. He is a Graduate in Product Design from Symbiosis Institute of Design, Pune and augmented that with a Diploma in Graphic Design and Diploma in Electrical Engineering. He has over 17+years of experience in academics and industry. He was associated with Ecowings, Indore as Principal Designer and has worked as a faculty with SDPS Women's College, Indore and Design Institute of India. He is a product designer and handled various projects for many reputed brands like Google, Apple, BMW, KLM Royal Dutch Airline, Shell, Tata, Mahindra. L&T. He has also worked with Zagato, Milan, Italy and has explored variety of automotive projects. He is passionate about upcycling, craft, innovation, and design education. His work and products have been published across the world and many brands have recognized his thoughts into international magazines and blogs. His products have got international recognition in many countries like USA, Canada, Australia, Netherlands, UK. He loves to inject new innovations and develop sustainable products for the betterment of the environment which not only inform the significance of environment but also motivate people to become responsible and educated. He is currently serving Avantika as Associate Professor in School of Design.
