The clubs at Avantika are the glue that holds the students together on campus. Students meet fellow students with shared passions or interests, make lifelong connections, develop valuable skills, push limits, and build their portfolios!
Students have numerous opportunities to get involved and join student-led clubs in the Arts, Culture, Photography, Media, Academics, Sports, and beyond.
The Photography Club is a community of passionate individuals to share their creativity, knowledge, and passion for photography. Through field trips, photo walks, museum and gallery visits, and guest speaker demos, the club enables the students to find their photographic niche, improve their technical skills, and diversify their photography portfolio.
The Rangnaad Art Club is designed to cultivate cultural awareness in the students through activities focused on Indian art forms and hands-on application of arts like clay modeling, set-designing, mural decoration, live sketching, gesture drawing, and calligraphy. The activities aim at developing the creative instinct and sense of the students by engaging the right side of the brain.
The Robotics Club brings students together who are interested in exploring the design and technical principles to develop robots, thus promoting the spirit of engineering and design through an interdisciplinary approach. The club offers indispensable guidance, workshops, and tutorials along with tools, equipment, components, and workspace for such activities.
The Take 2 Club is for students who are passionate about exploring film culture — watch a film, retrospect, and discuss everything else going on in the entertainment world. Every semester the club screens the big releases (documentaries) of the year and all-time on campus to develop a sense of reflection through understanding the psychology and intent behind a diverse range of stories.
The Cycling Club is a thriving student community, from beginners to elite athletes, who find passion in cycling to improve fitness and are curious to explore the area around them. The club offers opportunities for members to get access to a range of coached sessions and organizes trips to great riding destinations and has a fun time.
The Gaming Club aims to promote the culture of gaming into a more socially acceptable form of recreation and entertainment. The club brings together the students to explore and play various games (both competitive and casual) throughout the year and discuss interactive media (such as video, role-playing, and board) to enhance the gaming experience.
The undisturbed and biodiverse habitat of Avantika University is a house of many lovely creatures. Blessed with the surroundings of grasslands, wetlands, and agricultural lands, beautiful topography, the campus attracts many species of birds. Being sensitive towards ecology, our beautiful campus preserves and nurtures the natural habitat for the survival of several species of birds and other creatures. And in return, these cute little friends inspire our students to reinvent themselves with their most creative and melodious tweets.
