Ms. Sonal Nigam is an experienced UX professional with over two decades of expertise in user research, interaction design and end to end product development. She embodies human centred design values to deliver seamless experience addressing complex user challenges in high impact projects. She has worked on various projects within Government services, Fintech, Telecom, Insurance, Healthcare services and e-Commerce. Sonal is proficient in qualitative and quantitative user research methods and evidence based design approaches in Product development. Her research activities include Exploratory research, Stakeholder-User interviews, Service blueprints, Journey mapping and Usability testing which ensures that user insights drive every phase of product design process. Her deep knowledge of lean user research methodologies allows her to deliver actionable strategies that translate user insights into high-quality, feasible yet functional digital solutions Sonal has collaborated in digital projects with high-profile UK government bodies including DEFRA, DfE, DWP and NHS, e-Commerce clients like Boots UK, ASDA-Walmart and Fintech clients like HSBC, Aviva and Defaqto. Notably, her research for the National Health Services (NHS) on digital inclusion for underserved user groups speaks about her commitment to accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring that the voices and needs of all users are met with empathy and precision. Sonal holds postgraduate degree in Software and User Interface design from National Institute of Design and bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Barkatullah University. She is also actively engaged in pursuing design thinking courses to further her skills in qualitative user research.
