Dr. Sarika Singh is an accomplished academician and researcher in the field of Management Education, with over eight years of experience encompassing teaching, research, and academic administration. She holds a Doctorate in Management from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), an MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management, and an undergraduate degree in Management. Her doctoral research examined the psychological determinants of women's entrepreneurship, reflecting her strong foundation in behavioral and organizational studies. As a Management educator, Dr. Singh possesses extensive expertise in student-centered and outcome-based teaching approaches, including experiential learning, case study analysis, and research-driven instruction. She teaches a diverse range of subjects, including Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Research Methodology, and Entrepreneurship at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Dr. Singh has made notable scholarly contributions, with several research articles published in ABDC- and Scopus-indexed journals, as well as book chapters in reputed edited volumes. Her research interests span Human Resource Management, leadership, sustainability, Green HRM, artificial intelligence in HR, entrepreneurship, psychological behavior, and workforce resilience, presenting a strong interdisciplinary orientation. In addition to participating and delivering FDPs, Dr. Singh has served in various professional capacities, including Organizing Secretary of international conferences, Associate Editor of an international journal, session chair, and member of NAAC related committees. She is also the holder of a design registration granted by the Indian Patent Office in the area of Human Resource Management systems, demonstrating her engagement with applied research and innovation.
