A career guidance and training workshop was organized by the Career Services team for the students of Engineering and Management. The Workshop was organized by Ms. Tanya Agrawal, (HRBP - Retail America) and Ms. Tithi Mehta (Human Resource Manager) from TCS (Tata Consultancy Services).

The workshop's goal was to develop the qualities to face an interview and cultivate the etiquette of the students so that they could present themselves professionally. The session started with tips on personal presentation to the corporate world and how to build communication skills to help them in an interview.

The workshop included a session on resume-building tips to ensure employability. In addition, the students were taught the importance of a cover letter and how it can be created. There was a practical mock session at the end to face the interview and Do’s and Don’ts of an interview.
