Avantika University has collaborated with Breakfast at Cinema Training & Consulting LLP, Pune. Breakfast@Cinema is currently engaged in delivering workshops, primarily using cinema, in the areas of behavioral training, value education, curriculum support, and management concepts. Some of the management concepts are communication, coaching, counseling, self-awareness, and self-development.

Additionally, they also provide workshops in organizational behavioral areas such as personality and attitudes, motivation, group dynamics, team building, conflict management, stress management, change management, and soft skills such as decision making and leadership.

Breakfast@Cinema was established in 2014 and uses the versatility of cinema as a medium of learning and training in educational institutions, and teams or groups operating in corporate, and other sectors with the aim of sharing their love for the culture of movies.
