Ameet Sharma – Director Admissions at Avantika University shared his thoughts on Project-based Learning by authoring an article. The article educates about the need to adopt Project-based Learning and move on from the old school model of mugging up. He elucidated, ‘PBL is a collective and application-driven concept. It uses real-world conditions as vehicles to expedite enriched learning and a spirit of research, while also blending academic subjects across the program and curriculum’. He explained how this approach of learning is beneficial at the knowledge level of the subject, skills and how this approach inspires students to become independent workers, critical thinkers. He summed by quoting, “PBL is a win-win proposition as while moving from campus to corporate the student is confident and the corporate while getting an industry-ready resource is delighted”.
