The University celebrated 77th Independence Day on 15th August 2023 at the campus in the presence of all faculty, staff, and students. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Lt. Gen. Madhav Govind Datar, and Mr. Prateek Jain, alumnus of BDes-Industrial Design 2017 Batch and Senior Product Designer, Aretto, Pune, was the Guest of Honor. The Chief Guest and the Guest of Honor hoisted the tricolor in the presence of Manesh Patil, Registrar, Avantika University, and Pramod Riswadkar, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Avantika University. Lt. Gen. Madhav Govind Datar, in his address, urged to focus on ‘Make in India’ and shared his life experiences. Mr. Prateek Jain, in his address, shared his thoughts on coming back to the campus and urged the students not to limit themselves and keep moving forward with self-belief.
