Ms. Reena Patidar, a first-semester MBA student at the School of Management (SOM) at Avantika University, authored her inaugural empirical research paper titled "A Study to Make Sustainable Innovation Initiative to Bring Changes and Reduce Gender Inequality and Sensitivity." Under the guidance of her mentor, Dr. Nitin Sharma, Assistant Professor at the School of Management, Ms. Patidar presented her research alongside Dr. Nitin Sharma at the esteemed international conference, Vishleshan 2023, hosted by the International Institute of Management Studies (IIMS) Pune on December 15th-16th, 2023. The paper delves into the realms of sustainable innovation, elucidating its potential to catalyze positive changes in reducing gender inequality and promoting gender sensitivity.
