On December 23rd, 2023, the School of Law and Public Policy, Avantika University organized a visit to the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), District Court of Ujjain for its students. During the visit, students had the opportunity to meet Mr. Kapil Narayan Bharadwaj, the Additional District Judge and Secretary of DLSA, Ujjain. Mr. Bharadwaj conducted a session providing a comprehensive overview of the working and functioning of DLSA, elucidating the mechanisms through which legal services are delivered. The session encompassed diverse topics, including case studies, mediation, and Lok Adalat. The session was exceptionally informative and provided an interactive learning experience for our students.
