In our quest to learn and explore new methodologies from the education world of design innovation and engineering, Team Avantika interacted recently with Cooper Union from New York, USA.

The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art is one of the most coveted institutions that offer education in Art, Architecture and Engineering, with courses in humanities and social sciences.

Dr. Prasheel Suryavanshi, Project Director and Professor Sanjay Jain, Director - Design Education from Avantika University met senior members from Cooper Union to understand their approach on research and project oriented engineering programs. Team Avantika even visited their education lab and most significantly the IDEA lab, which is considered as the marvel of innovation.

This visit was focused on exploring joint research and project opportunities for the engineering innovation programs of Avantika University.
