The School of Management at Avantika University organized a Faculty and Student Development Program at the University campus on 25th July 2023. The topic for the program was 'Simulations: Understanding the New Age Teaching Pedagogy, and the guest speaker was Dr. Mohan Lal Agarwal, Ex-Professor, IIM Lucknow, and President-Indo Gulf Management Association, Dubai. He was felicitated by Prof. Harish Bapat, Dean, School of Management at Avantika University.

Discussing various teaching methods like formative and summative assessment and pedagogy, Dr. Mohan Lal Agarwal said that now teachers and students are in the role of producers and co-producers. He informed about the importance of simulation techniques in management education in today's era. He also explained the importance of the decision-making ability of the students and discussed ways to enhance their analytical ability through various activities and simulation games.

Dr. Agarwal told the students the art of adopting these practices in the business through the simulation method of marketing and made this training program a success.

Prof. Harish Bapat, Dean, School of Management, delivered the welcome speech, and Prof. Amber Tiwari delivered the vote of thanks. The program was conducted and coordinated by Dr. Nitin Sharma.
