Students from Bachelors and Masters design program visited a leading digital printer firm in Indore on 11 October 2021. The purpose of the visit was to make students aware about the advances in the industry, its overall potential, and the quality. On their visit, the students learnt about Green Technology and eco-friendly alternatives to avoid ill-effects of flex and solvents. Additionally, they understood the applications of digital printing on tiles, glass, fabric, and other materials. Nitin Gami, Founder and Managing Director – Perfect Scan, Indore attended the students and shared his experiences with the students. The industry visit was a part of a course in Reproduction Techniques. Isha Gahlot and Kaustubh Kirtane facilitated the visit.
