The School of Management at Avantika University participated in the 30th International Management Conclave organized by Indore Management Association (IMA). The conclave was organized across two days on 17th and 18th February 2023, on the theme Reinvent, Evolve, and Lead.

The Dean of the School of Management, Meenal Sharma, representatives of the University from the School of Management, Career Services, E Cell, and AIIC, and 15 students of the School of Management were present in the conclave.

The two-day conclave saw leading management experts and industrialists calling for smart leadership traits and the use of the latest technology as a tool to compete. Himanshu Rai, Director, IIM Indore, Sanjay K Jain, Managing Director, TT Ltd., Shreegopal Kabra, MD & Group President, RR Global, and Sanjay Agarwal, Founder, AU Small Finance Bank, were some of the renowned speakers at the conclave.

Industrialist MB Parekh, Executive Chairman, Pidilite, was awarded the IMA lifetime achievement award on the concluding day of the conclave.
