The two-day Management Fest ‘Prabandhan’ at Avantika University ended with the Prize Distribution Ceremony on 29th March. The chief guest for the event was Dr. Nishant Dubey, Director, Jawaharlal Institute of Technology and Management, Borowan.

The event began with the MIT World Peace Prayer, followed by Devi Vandana. It was followed by felicitation of the Chief Guest, Dr. Nishant Dubey by the Vice Chancellor, Dr. Nitin Rane.

The opening address was delivered by Nitin Rane, Vice Chancellor, Avantika University. In his address, he mentioned incidences relating to spirituality and talked about some great leaders that history has witnessed.

'Prabandhan' had more than 60% participation from some of the top management colleges and institutes of the country including Delhi University, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore, Awadesh Pratap Singh University, Medicaps University, Govt Girls P.G Collage, Faguni School of Arts, MIT Ujjain, Prestige Institute, Indore, Vikram University, Nawsamwat Law College, Advance College, Mansarovar University, Bhopal, Shri Vaishnav University Indore, Vagdevi SVITT, Nimarla College, Bennett College, Noida, and Jawaharlal Institute of Technology and Management.

The participants from these colleges brought unique perspectives and expertise, making the fest a truly enriching experience for everyone involved.

The management fest ‘Prabandhan’ was a mix of management and cultural activities like Chanakyaneeti – Best CEO, Start-up, Anjaneya – Treasure Hunt, Naradikaran – Ad Mad, Walk of Reverence – Ramp Walk, and many other such activities. The winners received exciting cash prizes, awards, and gifts worth 40,000 INR with certificates and trophies for the best performers.
