On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the staff and the students of Avantika University had the opportunity to meet and interact with Dr. Bhavya Doshi, Gynaecologist, Apple Hospital Indore, aimed at embracing the power of womanhood. The insightful session on “Empower Her: A Seminar on Personal Wellness for Women” organized by IQAC and the School of Management on 6th March 2024, focused on empowering women by advocating consciousness and awareness of individual health and hygiene. During the session, everyone interacted on how a good lifestyle leads to a healthy mind and body. She emphasized the importance of on-time vaccinations and answered questions pertaining to women’s health. She advised women to prioritize their well-being amidst the daily demands of life. In retrospect, this session not only promoted the importance of health, but it highlighted the strength, dedication, and resilience a woman puts in every walk of life.
