The School of Management, Avantika University organized a two-day Model United Nations (MUN) conference, on November 2nd and 3rd, 2023. The event has proven to be an exceptionally successful and engaging with delegates participating from prestigious institutes in Indore and Ujjain. The conference featured four distinct committees: Lok Sabha, International Press (IP), World Health Organization (WHO), and an intriguing Harry Potter-themed committee.

The MUN conference provided an invaluable platform for delegates to hone their diplomatic and negotiation skills. The opening ceremony of the event was graced by the presence of the esteemed Chief Guest, Former Director of SGSITS and MANIT, as well as Ex-Professor of IIM, Prof. Dr. P.K. Chande. The valedictory session was presided over by Col. Manoj Burman. Both sessions were under the able leadership of the Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Nitin Rane, and were further enhanced by the presence of Hon'ble Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Pramod Riswadkar and Registrar Dr. Manesh Patil. Prof. Harish Bapat, Dean of the School of Management extended a warm welcome to all the participants and guests.

It's worth noting that MBA student Kunal Wasvani played a pivotal role in the success of the conference, contributing significantly to its smooth execution. The students who participated in the various committees showcased their dedication. Distinguished delegates were felicitated with the prestigious Avantika awards, recognizing their outstanding contributions to the conference. This flagship event of the School of Management was made even more remarkable by the active involvement of the executive board members, students, faculty members, and various social activities, which added to the overall distinction and success of the event.
