Ami Sampat, the leading designer and a part of the design team at Amazon Alexa, India, graced the stage during the iConnect session on 30th June 2023.

Over 150 students across all disciplines attended the session.

Ami interacted with the students directly, which made the session interactive. The students asked intriguing and thought-provoking questions, which were answered by Ami.

She shared her work experience and provided valuable insights regarding user-centric design and how important it is to understand users to make a good product. She also spoke about enterprises and how user-centric design is necessary for them. Her professional experience and insights gave new ways to identify problems and create good solutions. At the end of the event, the students clicked a group photo with Ami and shared their feedback with her.

Ami Sampat is the receiver of the 'Up and coming voice' at the Women in Voice 2022 Summit. Working in voice user experience design, she is behind famous projects there like the Amitabh Bachchan Celebrity Voice for Alexa, pay with Alexa, and Learn with Alexa.
