Dr. Siddharth Bajpai, a freelance, Marketing and Business Development Consultant, graced the stage during the iConnect-Management session on 11th August 2023.

Dr. Bajpai shared his thoughts on ‘Adaptive thinking for branding oneself in professional (and personal) life’. He designed the session from the perspective of the other competitors and the requirement to recognize and create one's differentiator in order to stand out. The students learned the importance of how to differentiate themselves.

Dr. Siddharth holds 20+ years of executive experience in various Industries, including International Trading, Gems & Jewellery, Telecom, and Media & Manufacturing, and 11 years in Consultancy & Training and Teaching. He has extensive experience in handling Sales & Distribution Marketing and Business Development assignments from conception to operations for Indian and overseas markets.
