Anish Velayudhan Kutty, UX Enterprise Product Head at Indegene conducted an iConnect session on “We are preparing to fail: The industry lens”. The session aimed at what goes into the reality of getting through the industry. Anish taught this by asking several questions to students and how the answers should be. One must let go of her/his ego to act for others’ interests. One should never be biased and develop an atmosphere of shared responsibility where all major practitioners at all levels are aware of the task to be performed. The session provided an industry experience to students.
