Nandini Gangal is the Senior Product Designer at CRED. She is an interdisciplinary designer with vast experience with Flipkart and Rentomojo. Nandini joined for the last iConnect session of the semester. She introduced what is design and its purpose apart from mere problem-solving. Taking examples from various brands, she talked about how the balance of form and function varies depending on the system. The session was followed by an insightful discussion where the role of UI and UX were discussed along with visual communication in digital design. Ending on a positive note, she encouraged the students to explore and innovate.
