Samir Limaye, the Vice President at Wimco and the President at Institute of Packaging Machinery Manufacturers of India, delivered the concept of Packaging. He talked about the engineering that goes behind packaging and also explored different materials being used. As plastic has become irreplaceable when it comes to packaging. The session had encouraged students to look at more sustainable and environment-friendly solutions. This led to a great discussion about how sustainability is linked more with a change in the mindset of the entire society than an individual.
