A promise to inspire and develop the leaders of tomorrow, LEGO holds a special place when it comes to system-in-play. Zina Kranck, the Design Director at LEGO joined for a thought-provoking session. She started by talking about her journey through different domains and the varied skillsets she developed. Her broad range of skills includes Design Management, Marketing Communications, Creative Direction, Brand Development, Portfolio Management, and Colour and Material Design, among others.

She highlighted a couple of best practices at LEGO, she went on to share her purpose and the importance of having to achieve the objective. She also inspired students to find the purpose and work towards it. The session inspired students to find out the purpose of their work and ways to achieve it.
