Kapil Joshi, the Head of Experience Design Practice at Capgemini FS SBU, addressed Several aspects of UX design in the financial sector in a thought-provoking session. Talking about the latest trends, he explained the use of cardless ATM withdrawals, biometric authentications, voice banking, machine learning, and omnichannel experience.

He shared some of his experiences and highlighted how micro-interactions can reduce the number of clicks by keeping navigation upfront thereby reducing cognitive and motor load. The session was followed by a Q/A round where heuristic principles were further discussed. The session rendered great insights and presented UX in an unexplored domain.
