The session with the UX designer at Walmart, Mr. Dhaval Gandhi, was conducted on the 6 ^th of March 2021. He argued the importance of building a strong portfolio and it facilitates receiving job offers. A good three projects on simple yet diverse topics can be effective in conveying the student’s understanding of design rather than mentioning many. He highlighted the importance of details and reasoning in an easy and understandable language. As it enhances the portfolio that has a higher chance of being chosen. The checklist points laid out by him and comparisons conducted were extremely helpful for the students to understand what makes a portfolio awesome.
