The Science of Behavioral Design : Dhwanit Saxena

Dhwanit Saxena, Senior Product Design Manager- Flipkart, delivered an interactive session on Behavioural Design. Dhwanit Saxena has diverse experience in the design, delivery, and driving vision of enterprise applications’ User Experience. He has worked with many notable companies such as HCL, Capgemini, Morgan Stanley, HSBC, and other international brands.

In the iConnect session, he introduced the cycle of Behavioural design and taught its principles like loss- aversion effect, endowment effect, IKEA effect, relativity effect, anchoring effect, scarcity effect, framing effect, and social proof. The statements were upheld with real-world examples and the group activity helped to grasp things effectively.
