Session | The Times of Design - Amber Krishan and Hitesh Agrawal | 2nd Aug’19
We welcomed Amber Krishan (Vice President – PayU, India) and Hitesh Agrawal (CBO - Human Factors International, Mumbai) for yet another staggering iConnect session. The session confronted the students with the widespread dominance of the experience economy over other industries and the ever-increasing need of AI in varied spheres. The experts talked about communication, project management, design, entrepreneurship and experience design. They discussed how the industry is considering design as a primary requisite instead of secondary. The students were introduced to the requirements and expectations of the industry from young design enthusiasts and the value of design in the nearing future.
