Visit to Sewadham Ashram | 9th Sept’18
CFT is an initiative where we work to sow the seed of social empathy within the conscience of the young learners. Visit to ‘Sewadham Ashram’ in Ujjain on 9th September 2018 was start of this social dynamism. A group of students along with their mentors went to this noble abode of Mr. Sudhir Bhai Goyal who found this ashram in 1989 with the aim to support the weak and homeless and currently homes around 500 people within its safe walls. The students spent the day teaching these people the skill to sketch, dance, sing and helped them in their daily activities. By reflecting upon the course of their day, the students understood the real-life challenges of such people and felt an igniting blaze within themselves to work for the underprivileged section of the society.
