Business Communication

• To understand the customers and receive products and services related reviews: For a company to comprehend the requirements of customers and gain insights on customer's feedback, surveying is imperative. Earlier, when there was no technological advancement, it was very difficult for the companies to get feedbacks. They only relied on emails which were barely sent by a few customers. But today, companies can create survey forms and get it filled by the customers. Online survey is less time consuming and saves money of the company.
• Video Conferencing: One of the most common methods used in business meetings, video conferencing promotes one-to-one communication between two or more members in an organization.
• Social interaction with Clients or Customers: Social interaction with the customers adds to the goodwill of the company. As new technologies have entered the market, companies are working on their online presence. They are creating an official website and interacting with their potential customers through it. Moreover, social platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin and Instagram have allowed the customers to follow their favorite companies so that they don't miss any alert.
• Use of Digitalised Networks to Communicate: Even if one is far away from the office, digitalized networks such as broadband and satellite transmissions help in effective business communication with the company staff. In fact, sending files to particular printers has also become possible with advanced technology.

Individual's Communication

• Text Messaging Services: Nowadays, text messaging is being widely used to transmit all the new updates to potential customers worldwide.
• Social Networking Platforms: Social websites have allowed customers to interact with the brands through comments, chat, or likes. This promotes global communication thereby overcoming the barriers of religion, distance, community, etc.
• Free Internet Calls: Technology has become so advanced that it now offers free internet calls on social media. People just need an active internet connection to make video/voice calls from Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, Skype, etc.
