Thursday 4th of January 2024

Students and faculty at Avantika University, Ujjain, have unveiled a remarkable 3D-printed model of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. Presented to Champat Rai, General Secretary of Ram Janmabhoomi Nyas, the intricately crafted replica symbolizes the fusion of technology and culture. The university's Vice-Chancellor, Dr Nitin Rane, and Project Director Shripad Kulkarni personally delivered the model, showcasing the institution's commitment to cultural and religious initiatives.

Crafted with advanced 3D printing technology, the model reflects the university's dedication to embracing modern technologies for culturally relevant projects. This isn't the first showcase of Avantika University's 3D printing prowess; in 2022, Avantika presented a model of Nandi Dwar to Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, later gifting replicas to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Droupadi Murmu. The university's project-based learning model ensures students gain practical experience, earning praise from Champat Rai for their talent and dedication. The 3D-printed Ram Mandir model stands as a testament to Avantika University's commitment to preserving India's rich cultural heritage.
