Prabodh is an International Fashion Designer with 9-years of experience in the fashion industry. He has pursued Bachelor of Fashion Technology from NIFT and Masters of Science in International Fashion Marketing from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, UK. An astute fashion designer with intertwining experience in industry and academics, he has been associated with wide variety of illustrious brands such as; Tell Us Fashion – UK, Redo Times – Noida, Victoria’s Secret – UK, Haut Monde Magazine – New Delhi, Blue Glue Bikinis – Indonesia, Amity School of Fashion Technology – Noida and Mody University - Rajasthan, in varied profiles. With a sparkling career, he started off with bagging the ‘Most Commercially Viable Graduation Project’ in his final year in NIFT and since then has worked as a Fashion - Designer, Journalist and Editor, Communication Marketer, Business Development Project Consultant, inculcating expertise in diverse fields of Fashion. As a Fashion Consultant, he was instrumental in giving life to Feronia Fashion Night making it the first androgynous fashion show in India. He holds experience in teaching bachelors and masters students and has crafted course curriculums in-sync with international standards. Professor Kirti Trivedi is a veteran academician from the Design fraternity with over three decades of experience. He has a Master of Design (M. Des) from Royal College of Arts, London, and has a Post Graduate Diploma from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. Before Avantika, Prof Trivedi was associated with Indian Institute of Technology Bombay for over three decades as a senior faculty member. Here he was instrumental in developing India's first Master's Degree Programme in Visual Communication at Industrial Design Centre (IDC). At present, he is also the Head of the National Design Team for Dandi Salt Satyagraha Memorial project of Government of India, Ministry of Culture, since 2010. He has been a visiting faculty to leading education institutions in Asia like – Nanyang Technical University (NTU), Singapore, National Taiwan Normal University, Taiwan, Xinhua Beijing University, Beijing. Professor Trivedi is a prominent personality from the Indian Design Guild, and his work, write-ups on design and educational projects have been published in a variety of global design magazine and journals, including MODO, Domus, Design Industrial Design, and much more.

Dr. Shekhar Chatterjee is currently teaching design at the PDPM - Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design, and Manufacturing Jabalpur, India. He teaches fundamental and research-based design courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students. He is actively involved in design education research related to Indian Society in spheres of Fashion, Apparel, Accessory and Cultural aspect of Human Behaviour. He has worked with National Institute of Design, India as an Associate Senior Designer for more than nine years where he taught design fundamental courses to the undergraduate and postgraduate students across various disciplines. There he was engaged in research and consultancy project management, new product development pertaining to different sectors like craft, textile and leather sector. He completed his Masters in Leather Apparel Design from National Institute of Fashion Technology and awarded for Best Design Collection and Most Innovative Exploration, Commercial Viability for the Year 2001. He did his second Masters in Indian Culture from Gujrat University India. He was awarded a PhD degree in 2017 in Indian Culture (Faculty of Arts) from Gujarat University. He was the recipient of Design Innovation Made in Italy Scholarship, Polytechnic of Milan, Italy 2008. Till date, he has published more than 15 journal publications and has visited different countries to present his papers at various national and international conferences.

Jeremy Fritzhand is one of the pioneering names of craft restoration fashion designers in the Indian - American fashion business. Hailing from Cincinnati, Ohio, Jeremy studied Fashion Designing from New York. On a tour of Bagru village, Rajasthan, he saw block printing at the source and was immediately inspired. A Minerve Fellowship holder, Jeremy used his application skills to start a block printing cooperative in Bagru. Having a passion for handcrafted textiles, he quit a job at one of the largest apparel sourcing companies to set up Studio Bagru, a Jaipur based design studio that quenches a global thirst for authentic merchandise made from the rare block printing craft of Bagru. With an aim and ideology to encourage entrepreneurial development in the block printing community, Jeremy actively works toward educating the consumer about sustainable textiles and fashion through tours, workshops, and popups around the world.
Hemant is a Professor with Avantika University. He is an Artist, along with being an Art and Design Educationist. He has a Ph.D. from Barkatullah University, Bhopal in Drawing and Painting. With over 20 years of teaching experience, he has worked as a Principal, HOD, Art Director, and Guest Lecturer at various renowned private and government educational institutions. Before Avantika, he was the Principal at SDPS Women’s College. He was also associated with Government Fine Arts College, Indore as the Assistant Professor (Art Director). His expertise lies in Mural Design, Graphics, Etching, and Sculpture. Moreover, he has mastered Indian traditional Folk painting and Wash Techniques. He has won several national and international awards, including National Kalidas Puraskar. Additionally, he has been instrumental in conducting a variety of workshops and has authored several research papers and publications for Art, Design, and Education.
A fashion design academician since the last 21 years, Anita Songara is one of the most prominent experts of Draping, Pattern Making and Drafting across Madhya Pradesh and India. She is a visiting faculty in numerous fashion colleges such as Wigan & Leigh, NIFD, etc. and has successfully coordinated several fashion shows. Her expertise lies in textile techniques, with surface embellishments making her one of the most credible voices of traditional Indian embroideries and printing techniques such as tie and die, batik, etc. She has also lent her design impetus to several projects of the ministry of textiles as a consulting designer.
